Returns / Complaints
The customer has the right to return the purchase / cancel the contract under the following conditions:

They have the right to return the purchase within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods/order, unless the cancellation or return causes any kind of damage to Mançana - Home and Contract.

In this case, if the customer does not actually want the ordered products, they must accept payment of all expenses incurred up to the moment of cancellation of the order.
Returns of display products purchased with a promotional discount are not accepted for this reason.

If you wish to make a return, you must contact us beforehand via email: geral@mancana.com, by phone at +351 224 113 338 (national landline call) or you can go to our premises, bringing with you the invoice or cash receipt of purchase, and indicate whether you wish to exchange the goods or be reimbursed. Returned items must be in perfect condition, complete, and properly packaged in their original packaging, showing no signs of actual use.

In case of cancellation or customer error, the shipping and return costs will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

Mançana - Home and Contract is only responsible for return and reshipment shipping costs if there is an internal error and the product sent does not correspond to the order, if the product has original defects, or if it has been damaged during transport. In these last two situations, the exchange must be for the same item. If you wish to exchange for a different item, the return and new shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Returns, cancellations, or refunds do not apply to personalized goods, a situation foreseen by law:

"Supply of goods produced or ordered according to consumer specifications or manifestly personalized cannot be returned."

The items found on this website have sizes and colors that are as close as possible to the genuine article, but we remind you that in some cases they may not correspond 100% to reality. For specific cases, please verify all information with the technical department before placing your order, as returns due to technical reasons will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

Important Note: We recommend that you pay attention to the external condition of the packaging, as it may reflect possible damage to the product. Upon delivery, you must check the product's condition before signing the Shipping Note and thus accepting the order.

If the product is damaged, please photograph it and send the photograph to the email: geral@mancana.com within a maximum of 24 hours so that we can activate the transport insurance and proceed with resolving the situation.

Verification of the product's condition is considered complete once the Shipping Note has been signed.

Any package received at our facilities without sender identification or sent collect on delivery will not be accepted.

Information regarding the consumer's (private client) right to cancel the contract is described in detail in Decree-Law No. 143/2001 and Decree-Law No. 82/2008.

Regarding the right of termination of the contract by Companies, Institutions, Liberal Professionals and Sole Proprietors, the general law of the Portuguese Civil Code applies, namely the rules set out in Decree-Law 67/2003.
