How do I find out the shipping cost?
To find out the exact shipping cost in mainland Portugal to your delivery address, register and add the desired items to your shopping cart. The shipping cost will automatically appear for deliveries to the ground floor.

For products heavy enough to require more than one person to carry them inside your home, you will need to request a quote.

Shipping to Madeira, Azores, Europe, Africa and the rest of the world requires a prior quote.

You can choose to pick up the merchandise directly from our premises, without any associated shipping costs.

Does the shipping cost include assembly?
No, the shipping costs only cover delivery of the order to the address previously defined by the customer on the ground floor. However, most furniture is delivered already assembled.

If you wish to have the products assembled, you must request a quote for this service. If you choose this service, it will be done by us, Mançana - Home and Contract, or by companies qualified for this type of work.

For mainland Portugal, orders over €6,000.00 have no associated shipping costs.

How are deliveries processed?
Orders are transported by our logistics partners or by us, Mançana - Home and Contract, to the delivery address you specified during registration. We always contact you before delivery to inform you that we will be carrying out the service. If you are unable to receive the order, a new delivery will be scheduled according to the availability of both parties.

For mainland Portugal, goods are transported either by specialized furniture transport companies or by our own vehicles. For smaller volumes, we ship via CTT (Portuguese postal service) or a generic carrier.

For the Azores, Madeira, Angola, and Mozambique, transport is by sea in groupage containers or full containers depending on the volume ordered. For other destinations, transport is carried out by specialized carriers operating in the area in question.

Delivery Notice
Mançana - Home and Contract or our logistics partners always contact you before delivery to inform you that we will be carrying out the service. If you are unable to receive the order, a new delivery will be scheduled according to the availability of both parties.

We deliver orders to addresses different from the purchase address.

Delivery Times
The estimated delivery time is indicated next to each product. There is always the possibility of it being shorter, but it never exceeds the maximum indicated time, except in exceptional situations.

In the case of Angola and Mozambique, for example, in addition to the delivery time shown with the product, the ship's transit time must be considered, which can vary between 30 and 45 days depending on the zone.

Packaging
Products to be shipped are packaged and prepared to arrive at the delivery location in perfect condition, always keeping customer satisfaction in mind.

Order Receipt
We recommend that all delivered orders be checked and inspected, and that the customer make any necessary notes about the condition of the product on the carrier's freight bill in case of partial or total deterioration.

Without the customer's proper notes, the order cannot be subject to subsequent dispute with IMançana - Home and Contract.

Verification of the product's condition is considered complete once the freight bill is signed.

If the product is damaged, please photograph it and send the photograph to geral@mancana.com within a maximum of 24 hours so that we can activate the transport insurance.

Any package received at our facilities without sender identification or sent collect on delivery will not be accepted.

Order content error
Upon receiving the order, the customer must notify Mançana - Home and Contract by phone, fax, or email of any non-conformity of the products in type, quality, or quantity compared to the order details.

The non-conformity complaint must be made within a maximum of 24 hours after delivery of the order.

Complaints not made in accordance with the rules defined above and within the indicated deadlines will not be accepted by Mançana - Home and Contract.
